Healthcare operations software

Every team, every step, one connected system.

NotifyHub HMS connects patient registration, appointments, clinical workflows, pharmacy and billing in one system — and gives every role in your organization a workspace built around the work they actually do.

We are working with our first healthcare organizations now, and they are shaping what gets built next.

The operational problem

The real cost of disconnected operations.

Reception, appointments, clinical workflows, pharmacy, billing and reporting each work. They just don't work together. The cost sits in the gaps between them — information re-entered, decisions waiting on someone to be asked, and no current view of how the day is actually running.

  • 01

Patient information re-entered at every counter

  • 02

Appointment and queue status visible only at the desk that owns it

  • 03

Clinical workflows disconnected from what gets billed

  • 04

The pharmacy counter working from what the doctor already recorded

  • 05

Reporting that someone has to assemble by hand

  • 06

No single, current view of the day's operations

Connected workflows

One patient record. Every stage of the visit.

Each stage is designed to hand the next what it needs — registration to appointment, queue to consultation, prescription to pharmacy counter, bill to payment — reducing duplicate entry and reconciliation.

Role-based workspaces

Everyone gets the workspace they need.

A workspace is not a menu and it is not a permission list. It decides where someone starts and what they see first. What they are actually allowed to do is governed separately, on the server.

Reception

Receptionist and cashier

The front desk lands on today's queue and works from one place: patients, appointments, billing and collection.

  • Register and search patients
  • Book appointments and take walk-ins
  • Run the live queue
  • Raise bills and record cash

Doctor

Consulting doctors

The doctor opens their own queue, sees patients assigned to them, records the consultation and writes the prescription.

  • See my queue for today
  • Patient list scoped to patients I have seen
  • Start and complete a consultation
  • Record consultation notes on the visit
  • Write a prescription
  • Set a follow-up from the consultationComing soon

Pharmacy

Pharmacist at the counter

The counter works from prescriptions the doctors have issued — the same prescription cannot be dispensed twice.

  • See prescriptions waiting to be dispensed
  • Dispense against a prescription
  • Stock, batches, expiry and suppliersPlanned

Owner

You

Your own login, separate from staff. The workspace exists today; the operations overview is the next screen on it.

  • Own login and access across the system
  • Reach patients, queue, appointments, billing and payments
  • Daily collection and operations overviewComing soon
  • Business reports, audit trail and cash reconciliationPlanned
  • Services, staff and notification templatesPlanned

Technician

Same system. A different day for each role.

Reception, doctor, pharmacy and owner each get a different starting point in the same system. A cashier can take a payment without altering a consultation; a consulting doctor is never asked to navigate your finances. That split is by design: workspace shapes the day, access control shapes the action.

Operational visibility

Complete visibility of what was billed and collected.

For an owner or administrator, the financial record is the operational record. It is also where lower-cost systems quietly compromise, by allowing a bill to be edited after the fact.

  • Billing records are added to, not rewrittenCharges accumulate on the bill and the balance is derived from what has actually been paid. What was charged, and by whom, remains part of the record.
  • Bill and receipt numbers run in sequenceNumbering is sequential and gapless by design, which makes the day's financial record something you can review rather than reconstruct.
  • Every payment is attributableA payment is recorded against a specific bill, by a named user, at a recorded time — so collection is traceable to the counter it came through.

Diagnostic and imaging

Built for modern diagnostic and imaging operations.

A diagnostic centre's workflow is its own: registration, the service being performed, scheduling against rooms and machines rather than only doctors, payment taken before the procedure, and the report reaching the right patient.

Registration, resource-based queueing, itemised billing and sequential receipts are available now. The reporting workflow — catalogue, inbox, upload against the right visit, delivery — is planned, and a group of centres is shaping what ships first. It is not a laboratory information system, and we do not describe it as one.

How this works for a diagnostic centre

Design partners

We are working with a small number of diagnostic centres to build the reporting workflow around how they operate. Design partners receive the product early, direct access to the people building it, and a substantive say in what ships first.

Who it's for

For healthcare organizations that have outgrown disconnected systems.

Diagnostic and imaging centres

Registration, queueing against rooms and machines, cash billing — and a reporting workflow that is planned, not a laboratory information system.

For diagnostic centres

Clinics and polyclinics

The complete outpatient sequence — registration, appointments and queue, consultation, prescription, pharmacy and billing — connected end to end, available now.

For clinics

Hospitals

Outpatient operations across several consulting doctors, a pharmacy counter and a separate cashier — with role-based workspaces built for a larger staff.

For hospitals

Healthcare modules

A product platform, not a list of seven features.

Core workflow, role workspaces, diagnostics, billing and communication sit on one spine. Every item is labelled by whether it is available now, coming soon, or planned.

Patient management

One record per patient, shared by everyone who needs it.

  • Register, search and update patients
  • One record across every visit
  • Two staff can't silently overwrite each other's edits

Appointments and scheduling

Keep the front desk calm and the patients moving.

  • Walk-in registration
  • Appointments booked by your staff, with check-in
  • Live queue with token numbers, per doctor, room or machine

Doctor and clinical workflow

A focused screen instead of a whole hospital system. Consultation is a phase of the visit, not a separate EMR.

  • My queue and my patients
  • Consultation notes on the visit
  • Prescriptions

Prescription and pharmacy

The counter works from what the doctor issued.

  • Prescription worklist
  • Dispense, with double-dispensing blocked by the system
  • Inventory, stock, batches, expiry, purchase and suppliersPlanned

Billing and payments

Reliable records of what was charged and what came in.

  • Itemised bills
  • Sequential bill and receipt numbers with no gaps
  • Cash payment capture

Diagnostic centre operations

A major planned market: the same visit spine, with reporting as the deliverable — not a separate LIMS product.

  • Registration, resource-keyed queue and cash billing
  • Service and price catalogue for tests and scansPlanned
  • Reports inbox with pending and overdue workPlanned

Notifications and communication

NotifyHub already delivers WhatsApp, email and SMS for other products on the same platform. Connecting those channels to the clinical workflow is specified, not yet wired.

  • WhatsApp receipt and visit updatesComing soon
  • Appointment, payment and follow-up remindersPlanned
  • Report-ready notification to the patientPlanned

Owner and administration

The owner workspace exists. The operational overview and configuration screens are next.

  • Owner login, separate from staff
  • Daily collection and operations overviewComing soon
  • Appointment, patient and revenue viewsPlanned

Staff, multi-branch, security and shared platform capabilities are on the product page.

Where NotifyHub HMS is going

Available now, coming soon, and planned.

No dates we cannot keep. Available now is what a demonstration will show you. Coming soon is designed and next. Planned is specified in the product roadmap, without a public date.

Available now

Available now

Built and tested. The outpatient sequence, end to end.

  • Patient management

Register, search and open a patient record.

  • Appointments and queue

Walk-ins, staff-booked appointments, check-in, and a live token queue per doctor or room.

  • Doctor consultation

The doctor works from their own queue, records notes on the visit, and writes a prescription.

  • Pharmacy dispensing

The counter dispenses against the issued prescription. The same one cannot go out twice.

  • Billing, cash and receipts

Itemised bills, sequential numbers, cash capture, and a numbered on-screen receipt.

  • Role-based workspaces

Reception, doctor, pharmacy and owner each land on the screen their job needs.

Coming soon

Coming soon

Committed work. Not yet in the product you will click through.

  • Printable bills and receipts

The numbers exist today. Putting them on paper your patient can carry is next.

  • Owner dashboard

What was billed, what was collected, by whom — on one screen at the end of the day.

  • More payment methods

UPI, bank transfer and cheque recorded the same way cash is today.

  • WhatsApp updates to patients

Receipts and visit updates over the channel your patients already use. The platform already sends WhatsApp; HMS is not wired to it yet.

  • Follow-up scheduling

The doctor sets the next visit as they complete the consultation.

Planned

Planned

On the governing roadmap. Not invented because other HMS suites have them.

  • Diagnostic reporting workflow

A test and scan catalogue, a reports inbox, two-step upload against the right visit, and delivery to the patient — plus a technician workspace.

  • Online appointment booking

Booking that does not require a phone call to the desk. How it should work is still being settled, and the capability is switched off until it is.

  • Online payments

Patient payments through a payment provider, on top of the cash capture that works today.

  • Pharmacy stock

Inventory, batches and expiry — beyond dispensing against a prescription.

  • Owner reports and cash reconciliation

Business analytics, an audit trail, and closing the day's cash against the system total.

  • Reminders, templates and multi-branch

Appointment, payment, report and follow-up reminders; editable templates; location as a dimension of the same organisation.
