This page covers this website. It does not cover the NotifyHub HMS application itself, which is governed by the agreement we sign with each healthcare business.

What we collect here

Only what you type into the demo form: your name, your centre or clinic name, the kind of business you run, your phone number, your city, and optionally your email address and a message. Nothing else on this site asks you for information.

Why we collect it

To call you back about a demo. That is the only reason. We do not sell, rent or pass your details to anyone else, and we will not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Patient data

This website never collects patient information, and you should never send patient details through the demo form or by email. Patient data only ever lives inside the NotifyHub HMS application, under the agreement with your business.

How long we keep it

We keep demo enquiries for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Ask us to delete your details and we will.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store your choice of light or dark theme on your own device; that never reaches us.
