Diagnostic and imaging

Built for modern diagnostic and imaging operations.

A diagnostic centre's workflow is its own. Registration, the service being performed, scheduling against rooms and machines rather than only doctors, payment taken before the procedure — and then the outcome that defines the business: the right report reaching the right patient.

The operational context

The operation we designed around

If this does not describe how your centre runs, tell us on the call and we will say so rather than talk around it.

  • 01

Referrals arriving from a network of doctors you know by name

  • 02

Patient details captured at the front desk and needed again at billing

  • 03

Payment collected before the procedure, most of it in cash

  • 04

Capacity governed by the machine, not the consulting room

  • 05

A report that has to be produced, checked and released

  • 06

A steady volume of calls asking whether a report is ready

Being specific

Where we are

We will not tell you we have a reporting module, a LIMS, or structured lab results. We have the operational spine of a centre — patients, queue, billing, receipts — and the reporting workflow is planned. We also make no claim regarding PC-PNDT, AERB or NABL: we have not built for them, and we will not imply otherwise. If reporting or regulatory workflow is the reason you are evaluating software today, the useful answer is to speak to us in a few months — or to join as a design partner and help decide what is built first.

The design partner programme

We are working with a small number of diagnostic centres to build the reporting workflow around how they operate. Design partners receive the product early, direct access to the people building it, a substantive say in what ships first, and terms that reflect the contribution they are making.

See it against your own operation

A twenty-minute walkthrough on a call. We will show you precisely what is built today and what is not, against the way your organization actually runs.
